What is the point of making an appointment if an oil change is going to take over two hours? I’m sure it was busy but the long wait was frustrating. I prefer not to be contacted for an apology or an explanation. Just providing feedback on my experience. Thanks

Had to Oder air filters that take time to get. He had the service guys blow out existing filters to make them more efficient until they get replaced.
