It took 3 hours; which seems like a lot of time. But Eric doesn’t hire the workers.
My undercarriage is hanging. I just found that out so I need to bring it in and have it fixed.
Had an 8:30 appointment, waited 2 hours and 15 min. Kinda ridiculous. Why even ask if I'll be waiting or drop vehicle off. Does it matter?
Eric has been my go to person at hatch for many many years. Very professional. I trust him.
My vehicle was due for 5000 mile or 7/19/25 service. The vehicle only had 2100 miles on it but I took it in anyway for inspection and for the dealer to do whatever was required. I was checked in on time for my 12:15 PM appointment. Jordan Tamondong was my service advisor. After consulting with him we concurred that no oil change or tire rotation was necessary and they would simply perform an all point inspection. He said the vehicle should be ready by around 1:30 PM. By 2:15 PM, no one had given me any updates, so I approached him to inquire on the status. Work on it had not even been started. It was obvious that he had forgotten all about me.
I understand that certain things are not within our control and that things can and do go wrong. Eric explained that there were some folks that ceased their employment and that things got backed up. Along, with a programming situation that happened when the new system and old weren’t quite in sync.
I do however wished that instead of having me wait 1.5 hours before being informed that there was a 2-3 hour back up that I would have been notified when I arrived. My time as well as Hatch Toyota’s is valuable. I have an appointment this Friday which I really hope doesn’t take too long for JUST AN OIL CHANGE.

I thought you were slow that day cause I got in same day when I called every time I get oil change its over 2 hour wait.
