The wait was to long usually it would be like an hour or so
My rav 4 appt was at 1:30pm lot cars were ahead of my rav4. Finally left close to 4pm.
HAD TO WAIT THREE HOURS AGAIN!!! YOU NEVER USED TO TAKE SO LONG FOR A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!
My check engine light came on my way to Hatch for an oil change. I left thinking the locking gas cap was the culprit. The engine light came on the next day and then a low tire light. I guess tire pressure is not measured when doing general safety checks on vehicles! I’m at a local repair shop now. I may just keep them.

Although I had to return the next day for a oil change on my vehicle, the service was great. I was helped in a timely manner and was already signed in because of the previous day set back. Plus Jason explained about the video of the vehicle that was being sent and what other things I needed to get checked or purchase for a well working vehicle. This individual is great for your company. He understands the job and listens to the customer. I appreciate his work.

Two trips to get a prepaid service done because your dealership couldn’t or wouldn’t honor my scheduled appointment on July 25th at 11:00 am which I arrived 10 minutes early for. I was told you wouldn’t even start on my truck until 2-2:30. Totally unacceptable! A waste of my time and gasoline.

Service technicians did not complete the vehicle inspection report. Rajeev did a good job keeping me up to date!! Service technician did not have proper air in tires causing a tire sensor light and I had to stop and fill up tire with air.
