Greasy fingerprints on headliner. Dirty boots in vehicle. Wind noise from sunroof that was not present with original, told to just close the cover……
When I make an appointment. And then wait one and a half hours with no indication that the car would enter the shop anytime soon, i left. My feeling is that an appointment only has a latitude of 20 to 30 min. For the work to begin. So I left

The time we had to wait was shorter than expected, he ordered parts for the recall and said he would call when they arrived. Our overall experience was good.
The service at Hatch has gotten worse and worse over the last few years. Today was the worst and I just left without my oil change. Waiting 3chours for something that should be an hour or less is unacceptable! I have bought every vehicle since 1995 and get this kind of service is pathetic! So much could be said! Like elderly people Waiting 4 hours last time I was in. And today some doctor gets special privileges while we wait a ridiculous amount of time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Raj is the best! I needed our truck to leave out town and he made it happen! Great service and great at communicating! Raj is a great representative for Hatch!!

My car was not serviced, your service dept. was behind two hours. Brought my vehicle in as scheduled and two hour later it was still not serviced. I was informed they were behind and was informed it will be done in two hours. I took leave from job to have my car serviced but had to leave hatch to deposit the night drop before 5:00pm at Whiteriver Wells Fargo bank. Was not asked if I wanted to reschedule Jordan just said your car is park you get it, it’s just parked in the lot. It was not even in line to get service!!!! I’m so disappointed in your service dept. I’ve been with hatch since I’ve been purchasing vehicles since 2008.
2025 Tundra missing engine shroud rubber grommet from factory.
First time opening hood shroud was wedged between motor and frame.
Called prior to first 5000 mile service and told the scheduler i needed it fixed. After servicing was told they had to order one and that it could not be mailed to me.( simple rubber retaining grommet).
I live 3.5 hours away. All the Tundras on your lot and you couldn’t just take one off of another vehicle?
As a family we have bought 5 new vehicles at Hatch in two years, two Tundras, Tacoma, Forerunner and a land cruiser.
Gone out of our way.
But you won’t for me.
Arrived before 10 am, wasnt able to leave the dealership until 1pm. Expressed my disappointment, was told that the inspection was especially long. Otherwise extremely happy with Hatch service on my vehicle.

My vehicle was serviced on Wednesday August 6, 2025 at approximately 900 o’clock am. When driving my vehicle on Thursday August 7, 2025 to work I began to feel my front end shake a bit. I pulled over and realized that the lug nuts on the from left tire were loose to the point I could unscrew them with my hand. I tightened them properly. However these could have left me in a dangerous situation and I feel as if it is a lack of responsibility from your service techs.
