Yes, so today was my first service on the truck , 6 months or so? Miles.
I somehow felt if I didn't honor the six month Service I would be breaking some type of oath to Toyota.... even though it only has 2900 miles on it so it's not ready for whatever yet...
I had mentioned in advance the three or four issues that I had to Eric
He said we would address them all when I came in...
First of all, I cannot get the Toyota app to really work and until today I couldn't even get into it.
I do have the payment plan set up on it and I did get a phone number to call for help today so that's a good thing
All they ended up doing today was rotating the tires ....
It doesn't have enough miles on it to change the oil
It has a recall on it, but they didn't want to do it quite yet - something about doing them as they were produced...
--the cable on the tailgate,
one side is too long,
so the other one holds all the weight... months ago we ordered one
to be held until we brought it in for the six month checkup....
They did not have one there ...
so they ordered another one
so now I have to take it back to have that put on ....
The parts man says I can't put seat covers on it or we'll make the heated or cooled seats not work correctly....
So what a waste of time to take it in spend half the day waiting on it only to have the tires rotated? Really ...?

When I got the car back, I had items that were in my glove box on the floor of my vehicle which I thought was strange unless they needed to get in the glove box as part of the overall inspection. I looked and it appeared that nothing was missing but I thought it was strange.
