I feel that the service department over books constantly. I think it’s ridiculous to have to wait 3-4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I know this time they needed to do an additional job but on average I am there close to 4 hours for this service. I would rather wait until they can do my service in a timely manner than spend half a day waiting for my car. I am planning on buying a new vehicle soon and thinking about getting it from another dealership due to this situation.

When leaving I noticed something hanging under the car. I should have looked closer and had someone check it. Yesterday I had a friend crawl under the car to discover the plate that covers the oil pan hanging by one loose screw and the other screw still in the opposite hole. He was able to put the plate in place and tighten the two screws. I’m lucky it had stayed until this was done. I was in and out of service in a timely manner but I hope the rest of the service was done correctly.

Jason was fantastic. He handled a difficult and complicated problem with aplomb. He took it upon himself to make a decision that might not have been popular with his management but sure worked for the customer, me. I had my new 4 runner serviced at Hatch. I’ve owned 7 Toyotas. Only bought Lexus GX 550 because Japan FU the new Sequoia. I’m from The valley and a long way from my Lexus dealer. Too bad Toy and Lex can’t get their act together. They are in the same in the minds of their customers. Hatch won’t do Lex warranty work??? How does the unsuspecting customer know? Maybe need a kick in the tariff from DJT. Bravo Jason. Tell Akio Toyoda this makes dealer life difficult.

Was not given multiple inspection sheet for truck. Only my bill....
Well I was told my vehicle will be ready in an hour..turned out to be 2 hours. I finally got email updates on what my car needed..something that should've been provided at the dealership. Not 35-45 mins after I leave.
Send another person to get my vehicle maintenance. I had text messages sent to my phone to bring it in, we did. We were told the only thing Hatch can do was a tire rotation or check fluids. I had purchased a Tacoma earlier this year and wasn’t not able to utilize Toyota care, which is a high selling point. Very frustrating!
The service department at Hatch Toyota is top notch.
