Every time I come there for an oil change or a service it takes a very long time. Always longer than they say it will take. I called yesterday to ask them about the timing before I went there and then I asked them again as I was checking in and was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. It took nearly 3 hours And once again put me in a crunch for my appointments.. The manager was nice and comped my service, but it is still very frustrating that this happens every time. I hear it from other people as well. It would just be nice if you were upfront about how long it will take and not schedule so many appointments that obviously the technicians can’t get to. The last two times I was told it was because of the lunch schedule. If the lunch schedule is a problem, then why schedule during that time. Plus my appointment was at 9:45 so I found that to be a lame excuse.

After three appointments,problem was not even worked on to my knowledge. Seemed like I was getting a runaround.Still have original problem and have lost any trust that anyone in service dept can see it through.When picking up my vehicle at the end of last visit, was presented with an astronomical quote for simple diagnostics on brake system. Communication during all three appointments was also sub par.
Everything was taken care of and with the additional fix of taking a nail out of my tire and fixed!
Great customer service and got me answers when I asked.

Even with an appointment it still took 2 hours. Please take the time to call me rather than a text. Other than that it was an oil change. Not an engine replacement that I hear you guys are going to be doing g plenty of.be cause of the re sll

Ask them to test drive to check a problem got it back with the same mileage on it and they said they test drove it what a line of lies that I'm getting from your service department...lies lies all lies...
