2 hours is too long for an oul change
I’m a little confused because the guy at the counter said the mileage on my sticker didn’t mean an oil change but when I got my receipt it said my oil was changed. Other than that great service!
My vehicle sat outside after being completed for about 30 minutes. I had to go out and find out what was going on. My paperwork was on a desk in the service department just sitting there with other people‘s paperwork and then they have never gone over to Work. I’ve asked him to put new filters in. They had never put the cabin filter in so then they had to turn around and I had to wait longer to get the cabin filter. Your people are very nice and considerate. I know this was a one time occurrence and I will continue to bring my vehicle you guys.

Not sure if the problem was fixed. I couldn't get the intermittent windshield wipers to come on. Not sure if the windshield needs to be wet first because of the water sensor.
Situation explained to management. But makes me want to find another service center and source for my Toyota business.
