I have to go back for another appointment because parts had to be ordered. I have to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back home for each appointment. Not only is it time consuming but it is costly at 15 miles to the gallon.

Not to friendly. Hatch wasn’t able to keep their work and blamed it on the sales person no longer being with the company. He signed paperwork for me. Did not explain the process and was not hospitable.
