The wrong item was installed rather than the correct one which led me ti wait an extra 1-2 hrs for my vehicleto be completed.

Scheduled a maintenance required oil change on my Toyota forerunner. Waited two hours for the oil change. Being that it was scheduled, I do not think you should have to wait two hours for the oil change, also when I got the forerunner back, my running boards did not work properly. They were fine before I brought it in when I got it back the driver side running board stayed out and did not go back in when the door was shut, contacted the service advisor of the problem, Hatch Toyota couldn’t do anything about it. It worked when I brought it in, but not when I got it back. Wasn’t too happy with the situation. They couldn’t look at it that day. Made an appointment for Thursday. I live in Alpine so I called the service advisor and ask him if they take a look at it and they can’t fix it. They would probably have to order parts right? he said yes. Also, wasn’t sure if I was gonna pay for it or they were gonna cover it. Claiming they didn’t do anything to it. So I canceled my Thursday appointment and I’m gonna take it in when I get back to Phoenix.

Was not happy at all when we drop it off everything worked when we got it back the radio kept shutting off and the data page on the speedometer was not reset and when I lifted the hood the safety rubber was not on the positive post they didn’t go over anything on the service I was very disappointed I have brought 4 different cars from you guy’s now I am not sure I come back when we took it back to have the problems checked out we got a runaround and you guy’s did nothing about it

Service on my vehicle went well except it took over 2 hours waiting time. Other customers made comments that they were tired of waiting. One customer was there before me and still waiting when I left.

They Failed to get back in contact with me after I had tried multiple attempts and left voicemails then had my family (gf and 11month old baby) sitting in the waiting room for over an hour with a simple oil change. Only after I called them and failed to get through to Jason did they go up the them and say the car was ready.

I still have to go back at least once. The tailgate wasn’t working so they fixed and replaced the parts in the tailgate but never tested to see if it worked properly. The tailgate is not supposed to drop down suddenly when you click the open button. It’s supposed to open gently. I think it’s some kind of hydraulic that keeps it from dropping down and knocking you over. This should have been tested to make sure that the tailgate was completely fixed and working properly.

Eric has always taken care of me very nicely, I will always have Eric as my service guy, from Hatch Toyota, I prefer to have my work done there with people, vs Tempe, Az. Where I live in the Winter Time!!

I had appt 2:30 for oil change and my car went in at 3:20. I saw my car parked in finished area and keys on raj desk. Never spoke with raj. another guy helped check me out. Now I got the light ,take to dealer when I was just there. Why have appt if I wait 50 min to get it started?

You guys are awesome but unfortunately, when I went to wash my vehicle, I was missing two stem caps. I know it sounds melodramatic, but I was kind of sad. I will still come back to you for service and do not discipline anyone. Probably a simple mistake.
