I just bought my toyota tundra, 5000 check-up
I would highly recommend Hatch Toyota foer any service needs. Especially, Thomas, he did an excellent job of understanding the service required, explaining exactly what would be done and keeping me updated through out the process.

Eric and Jason are great, maybe need to be a bit more patient with my questions. More importantly, when Jason greeted me at the service bay this morning, while he was nice and polite, his first question was along the line, "What do you want us to do for you today"? That's fine to an extent. My answer was, "I'm here for my 135K service." And then it's as though I still had to tell Jason what I wanted done. Luckily, I had some notes.
The point: When I come in every 5,000 miles for service, I think the service representatives should be sufficiently familiar with my file so they tell ME what needs accomplished.
Also, while my experience with Jason and Eric was satisfactory today, I did find it unusual that I did not have any contact with Eric when I dropped the vehicle off for the day.
But all went well, and I'm told by Eric my vehicle is in good shape.
