Tom was friendly, efficient,and timely. He went over and above his regular job duties to make me feel welcomed. He helped me hook up my phone which he didn't have to do.

I had a 10am appointment and after waiting 2 hours I spoke to a service representative who found my truck wasn’t in the shop yet and it would probably be another hour and a half before my truck would be ready. I didn’t have the time to wait any longer so I left without any service.

He was a nice guy but very confused Im what he did . Perhaps he is s new hire if so I definitely needs more training and some one that will look over his work . He also lacks follow up , he promised a follow up call so I could make a new appointment for and issue that did not get fixed . Never heard from him . To me not do what you say is a personality issue not a training problem. Overall Im disappointed

I appreciated the customer service that was provided today. Also, the representative’s transparency about service packages convinced me to purchase. I am rather happy to be a returning customer when it comes to the maintenance of my vehicle.

I asked for my window trim to be fixed and it still is broken. I do not know why it wasn’t replaced or repaired. This is the 2nd time it has broken due to unknown reasons.
