Service was great and cost was not bad.
I didn't get my usual text updates. Not a fan of the customer service this time either. Plus Thomas pointed out that things were missed on prior oil changes because "they may have been going fast." I pay a lot for my oil changes and expect a thorough job every time. Do better.
Jason and I did not hit it off well
His co workers and the service manager assisted.

I will likely choose a different service advisor in the future. Jason will improve with time. I'm sure...he was unfamiliar with vehicle and it put me me feeling unsure..
In the end the repair was made satisfactorily.

Was told at check in that my service associate would come speak with me shortly about my vehicle. Sat in waiting area for almost 3 hours for an oil change and was never acknowledged. Couldn't leave my seat as waiting area was full so I called in to service dept 2x asking to speak to him only to be put to voice mail. Finally on 3rd attempt to contact was hung up on and then he called telling me my vehicle was ready.As I am signing my paperwork to leave got all kinds of excuses as to why I was ignored like system was down etc etc. Told me next time I was in to remind him of this poor experience and I'd get some kind of discount off of a service. I work in the service industry and try to be patient and understanding but this was just disrespectful in my opinion. Customer service satisfaction should be a top priority and my time and money towards your business should mean something. You cold called me for this service, I made the appointment and came in to be treated like with little regard for my time. Most of the other times I've been in for service have been good but this time was not.
Your Papperwork showed u put 0w20 engine oil in my 2014 Toyota and it suppost to be 5w30 engine oil.can u check on that for me and let me know please. Thank You very much.

We brought in our 2024 Toyota tundra 1794 edition to have the front end checked. They said they rotated the rotors and put new brakes on. Now the brakes squeal like they’re metal to metal. It happens more when backing up. Toyota had us bring it back in clear from overgaard to have it checked. I don’t know if they actually looked at the brakes or not. They said that the brakes they put on were not the right brakes and the correct brakes are on backorder for
six months. I do not understand why they would put incorrect brakes on to beginning with and didn’t bother to tell us. You would think they would have put the original brakes back on. They were still ok. I find this totally unacceptable for a $75,000 vehicle. I was considering trading it in for a new 1794 Edition but I now have my doubts. We had to wait for over a year just to get a second fob. So it hasn’t been a very good experience.

3 hrs for an oil change is unacceptable! Then when I questioned the time, the $69.95 charge when my coupon stated $64.95, charges for 6 quarts of oil when my 2016 RAV4 only takes 4.5 quarts the service tech was rude and acted like I had know idea what I was talking about, and know corrections were made to my bill. Service manager did call & offered compensation, but not sure I am willing to return to HATCH!!!
