Jason was fine. But William who did the oil change did a great job catching a repair but my doodliner was just totally covered with oil. I cleaned as best as I could but the fabric looks dirty still.

I purchased a new vehicle in 2022. I have had the same airbag system malfunction notification come up 3 times. Every time the shop gets the notification to (go away) and then it happens again. Now im being told that this persistent problem with my new vehicle purchased from your dealership, may not be covered by warranty. The problem which began prior to the warranty potentially expiring Was Never (Actually) Fixed. This is not acceptable. Its a huge safety factor for my family vehicle and as a 3 time repeat customer I deserve an actual thorough repair of this serious issue without hassle from warrentys. And to have the casing of the seat that has been disassembled from your shop to be re-attached correctly, which I asked specifically to be fixed and it wasn't. I dont need another bandaid fix. I need a thorough repair and to be taken care of hassle free. My families safety is absolutely the most important factor. And taking care of my family after being a loyal repeat customer is extremely important to me.

When we arrived for our 12:30pm appointment we were parked in the checkin line for about 15 minutes before anyone came to assist us only to be told someone would be with us shortly. After we were finally checked in and entering the building at about 12:50 a red truck drove up. They were immediately checked in. Our car was parked on the side of the building not taken directly to the service area. The truck that followed us was parked near us as well. Over an hour later I noticed our car was still parked on the side of the building, when I went to speak with a service representative I noticed that same red truck that arrived after us was up in a service area being worked on and our car was still parked outside the service area unbothered. When I questioned them, they had no explanation. I expressed my frustration and still our car remained parked outside the service area for quite some time. The occupants of the red truck arrived at Hatch Toyota about 20 minutes after me, their appointment was scheduled at 1 pm and they left before my car was even started to be worked on. Completely unprofessional, I did not leave for a simple oil change for over 2 and a half hours. And the car who arrived after me who’s appointment was also scheduled for a time later then mine left a whole hour before me.
