Service was excellent, price was too high. Earlier I checked with part department about the price of the tailgate single step & labor. A quote of $95.00 was given labor, but looked at the receipt it shows $139.00.
Please explain.

The scheduled check took all day to get done and they couldn't find codes with their $10,000 machine that I could with my 6-year-old few hundred dollar machine. There were many other things too. Total rip off but Jason was nice.

Tom was great he explained things thoroughly for someone who is not mechanically inclined and he was hospitable. You guys were a huge help in the other unexpected repairs that day as well. However my complaint is that my scheduled service was said to only have taken and hour to an hour and a half I was there for three hours before the scheduled service was even completed which was particularly difficult with a 2 month old baby. This happened last time when I was 9 months pregnant as well. A scheduled service shouldn’t take 3 hours especially when the estimated wait time is half that. If that is what we should expect every time you should be upfront and honest about it so we can plan accordingly.
