Raj is exemplary in his concern and delivery of service regarding my vehicle. However there is an outstanding warranty issue regarding my RAV4 that has yet to be resolved. I will withhold judgement until this issue is resolved.

I believed that the transfer case on my Tundra ha a leak. I was advised by Tom (the service advisor) that it would be an additional $243 to diagnose the leak. My wife drove the truck from the dealership to a transmission shop who looked at the truck for free and said that a screw was loose. My wife waited for two and 1/2 hours in the waiting room of the dealership and when the truck was done, Tom called me at work to tell me that the truck was done despite my wife telling the original service advisor (not Tom) that she would be waiting for the truck and also sharing her cell phone number. I have been a Hatch customer since 2009 but this experience makes me think about discontinuing this service relationship of maintenance on my truck. Very unhappy and displeased.
