The gentleman who assisted me was helpful, but the condition of my 4Runner when I picked it up was unacceptable. There was dried dirt or mud on the center console and seats, which should never happen. Technicians should not be working inside customer vehicles with dirty clothing—period. I also had to return after the service because debris was left behind when the filter was changed. These are basic attention-to-detail issues, and the fact that they were overlooked is extremely frustrating. It makes me seriously question whether I should continue bringing my vehicle to this dealership, or simply take it down to the Valley next time

I got to the dealership at 1015 am for my appointment and was not checked in for 2 and a half hours!On top of that,I never got my oil changed because I would have to wait another 45 mins for it. Then Rajeev brought out the wrong vehicle ????‍♀️left the keys in the car while running,slammed the door and walked right past me without saying anything.
