Asked twice or so about the **** service, was quoted wrong. Wasn’t notified until it was time for payment of service. I don’t understand what went wrong.
Just one thing, when they checked the air filter in glove compartment they didn’t put it back in place, went to retrieve something fr compartment it wouldn’t close had hard time replacing whatever was not put back in place..
Someone in the service department left dirty shoe prints on the floorboards of my truck in both the drivers and passengers side. It is a 1794 Tundra, leather interior. I would hope that some care would be taken, it was not.
Mr. Argarwal is very thorough with his customers with the work on the vehicles.

The problem was never fixed. We waited five hours to accomplish nothing. You have poor maintenance service there. I mean **** sad. I'm pissed that you guys there at hatch didn't even accomplish anything. Waste of my time. You need better mechanics. Certified at least. **** show it was!!!!

I didn’t really get to talk with Rajjeev. I asked to have someone else help me when I noticed that he was overbooked, jammed, loaded up with lots of paperwork and lots of people waiting for him. I did have an appointment, but I had to wait in line behind Four different groups to get anybody’s attention so a young lady ended up helping me.
Dissatisfied service. Got an oil change and diagnostic. They cut off my bolts to oil and drain plug skid plate hatches without asking And asked after the fact if it was ok to repair. Should have asked that before cutting. And I didnt even know until service was about completed after diagnostic. Repaired with material that is in correct as well.
The vehicle was not reset. There were several notices left on. My nephew was able to take the notices off. Plus I had an appointment and was told I would be out within half an hour. Which was not the case.

I made an appointment for an oil change at 10:15. Told them I would wait. I left the dealership at 1:30, over 3 hours. Why make an appointment if you’re not going to honor it?
