Jason did great. Some work the techs did caused a problem with the hybrid system. We now have no music, navigation, or weather info. We'll have to make another trip to show low from overgaard when they find out what the problem was. Very disappointed.

Rajeev did a great job in the midst of a difficult circumstance! There was a shortage of Toyota Certified mechanics to fix my Tacoma’s recall issue. Rajeev did everything he could to push through this difficulty, and ended up getting my truck ready by close-of-business. Well done, Hatch Toyota and Rajeev!!

I had two issues identified in our initial purchase of our vehicle in early October. Upon scheduling the appointment both issues were mentioned again. At the end of the appointment only one issue was addressed. The other issue was not addressed. The service manager was not aware of it despite being present initially. Now I have to make another trip. The job on the one of two issues was satisfactory. Service personnel friendly.
