It was not our best experience, however there was no problem with Hatch. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

I was not given the usual service. No inspection report. Low tire pressure was not adjusted. I wasn't asked about my cabin filter. (I would have said, "no, thank you", but the usual ask would have been nice). Overall,
The report I did get was for a "...4 cyl oil change..." for an 8 cyl Tundra.
It says 5000 miles service for a 23000 mile vehicle.
Perhaps the "PPM" lowered the standard.

I was surprised a very common part for my Tacoma was not in stock. However, the team did the best that they could to make it right. I was very pleased that they went out of their way to get me back on the road with an alternative part, but to be completely honest, I wasn't completely satisfied with my experience. Because I have an alternative part in my truck now, I was required to visit a different Toyota dealership to have the alternative part removed and a Toyota specific part installed. I'm actually at the different Toyota dealership right now (Big 2 of Chandler). Again, while I really appreciated the efforts of the Hatch dealership, I was not "completely" satisfied. I think that this is the first Toyota survey that I have responded to without a 'completely satisfied' response. Oh well. It's all good.

Rajeev was amazing, my complaint is with when they rotated my tires. The tire light is on in my car and I don’t know if my tires need more air or not because the tire pressure is low came on as well. And I live too far away to come in and have you fix it like it should be at least for another week or two.
Only one thing missing was oil didn’t get change & a wrong email on receipt.

The service this time was ok but we were told we still had one free service left but after the service they charged us for one and told us who ever told you that was wrong!! Also the last service we had hatch do they forgot to put the air filter back on, we drove it like that for about 20 miles before we were called about it and had to go back!!!! So no we are not that satisfied with the service!!!

I think it could have been done with a new back frame- instead of a complete new mirror- and thereby cost much less. The unit still operated without the back. Nevertheless, I accepted the decision for a replacement and accept the consequences.
