I think it could have been done with a new back frame- instead of a complete new mirror- and thereby cost much less. The unit still operated without the back. Nevertheless, I accepted the decision for a replacement and accept the consequences.

Had 10:15 appointment for oil change on rav4 ,dropped off @ 10 am and was in waiting room for it. took 5 hrs for it to be done. Thats way to long of time for a oil change, my time along with other people's time are important. Had appointment at 1pm for eye exam ,changed it at 3pm was late for that. this is unacceptable.. hope you don't double or triple book appointments again... the new battery hold down doesn't look right (recall ) Thx for you're time and look forward to hearing from you
I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. I didn’t hear from anyone for 2 and a half hours. Then Ariana told me the good news was they were finally starting the oil change. I had started to get anxious at about 2 hours. I was hungry and angry by the time I left. If I had known it would take over 3 hours for an appointment, I would have done things differently, brought healthy food or walked somewhere. I’m sorry to say that it ruined my day. I don’t have many off, and that was how I spent mine.
Everyone was very nice and very professional. I was very surprised with the video of my truck showing everything in the brakes to any leaks possible that was very pleasant to see.
Great customer service. Answered all my questions and helped me with the brakes. Thank you.

My prescheduled oil change took over two hours, with multiple administrative issues further delaying the process, including: I was given the wrong set of car keys; my oil change was incorrectly charged to another person’s service account; I was charged full price after providing a valid coupon for a discounted oil change; and I never received my vehicle inspection sheet that was supposed to be provided at the end of my service.
I will not be using this service center again moving forward.
I cannot say enough good things about Rajeev. I came in needing brakes and an oil change at a time when money was extremely tight. I had just bought a home and the holidays were all happening in the same week. To make matters worse, my rotors were in such bad shape that it wasn’t safe for me to be driving at all.
