The 4x4 was making weird noises on the drive back home. The lady Brittney was really rude and unkind to people as they came in for help. She claimed she didn't have everything she needed to do her part when I sent all the information ahead of time. I had to resend to her in order for her to move forward. I'm addition, some ladies needed help and she rudely told them she couldn't help them with no other option but for them to walk away. That is not costumer service and it made a very unpleasant experience.

Everything was done in a timely manner. I needed to get out by 11 o’clock. I expressed that when I came in and your employee came through perfectly 10 minutes ahead of time and I really appreciate that.
