Rajeev is the best and had always taken care of all my vehicles’ needs.

I have a letter on a possible service that may be needed on my car. I can’t read or make out some of the things on the letter. So I will be in soon to have it explained.

I scheduled an oil change for Monday at 10:00a.m. and arrived at 9:30a.m. When I arrived, I told service that I scheduled the appointment to wait. I went to check on the progress after 2.5 hours and they had not gotten to my car, yet. Service then told me it would be another 45 minutes and immediately told me I needed a battery and air filter! I told service that I wanted my car back and left. I received a text about 30 minutes later stating my car was ready and the service was completed. Really?? I have had all of my service done here before but never again.

Paperwork wrong - mileage, fuel level, pick-up time, said I got a new battery when I didn't. Two different receipts. Won't be back.

I am not happy with the time it took your service to be completed.

It was 6.5 hours for what we told would be 2-3 hours even with the recall item being fixed. It just derails our day waiting that long for our car.

Raj took great care of me and service time was much quicker than the last couple of times I’ve been in. (Last two oil changes were 2+ hours so I’m glad that was corrected!)

I received absolutely no satisfaction, the problem with my vehicle was not fully investigated. The service advisor did not accurately relay what we told him about our vehicle. The service manager spoke with me and other than offering to contact Toyota to see if there was any other reports of our issue, he asked me to video while driving - if/when the issue occurs again making sure to get a shot of the dash to show that the cruise control is engaged and my foot is not on the break - so rather than actually investigate a physical problem I was instructed to drive while videoing ....seriously not only could I be ticketed for doing as instructed but it a completely unsafe process. Additionally the service advisor lied to my face - I was told by the service manager that the advisor indicated that I said I was having an issue while breaking which is NOT what was discussed when I asked the advisor why he would do that he said that he did not do that he also told me that my truck was tested by being driven to Snowflake from the dealership which as a bold faced lie - Snow flake is approximately 20 miles one way from the dealership - I took a picture of my odometer reading when I dropped off the truck and another when I picked it up - there was 16 miles put on the vehicle. So...untruths, the problem that I reported and took the truck in for was not addressed - NO I am absolutely not happy with my recent experience.

Your background music is so loud and the voice of my service tech so low I missed hearing her. I find the music annoying. Otherwise great on time service.
