Your customer service has gotten really bad. I’ve been bringing my truck there for years usually were greeted nicely by someone who is happy to have our service. Also, normally, if there’s any issues with our vehicle, they will contact us and ask us if we would like to have those issues repaired that did not happen, then I got a random call from a gentleman who did not speak very good English asking me if I would like to buy some kind of warranty, which was super odd to me, then I tried to ask him if my truck was ready and he hung up, I called back to check on my truck to see if it was ready the girl said yes she tried to sell me some kind of warranty. Then I was handed a receipt and I had to ask if there were any issues with my truck instead of them letting me know the young girl printed out a piece of paper circled a few things on it and said these are the things that I needed repaired therefore I feel like your customer service has really gone down. I understand that you’re very busy, but that will soon change if the customer service doesn’t get better. I will be leaving a Google review about this. I’m very upset thank you.
Had a scheduled appointment and checked in early. No info given on how long the service would take-a simple oil change. Sat for about 1 1/2 hours then went to check on status. Was told they were running behind, alluded to staff problems but would not/could not say when the service would be completed.
I bought the 2011 Tacoma at Hatch Toyota and have it serviced there ever since. Service has been pretty good. I drive about 1 1/4 hours from another town for the service.
I had to pull my truck from the service queue in order to make a later medical appointment. This was unnecessary and unacceptable. The service rep was “professionally” apologetic and was not helpful.

I’ve been giving my business to Hatch Toyota since at least 2009. I’ve always had a good experience. My only complaint is that I have seldom gotten out of there in under 3 hours. And that’s for routine service. It’s like going to the doctor. ????
We have had service done at Hatch before and I felt the staff was very rude. Waiting 2 hours and longer for an oil change is ridiculous. When I questioned it the service manager was short and rude. Today was a surprise and we were treated with respect.
I have no idea who Ariana is and I think Raj helped me. That being said, HATCH is usually decent. But if you become like CHANDLER’S Toyota dealership and ruin my car, I’ll be unhappy. Keep being decent human beings, please and thank you.

Toyota of Show Low, AZ got my engine replaced in 3 days! I had a scheduling conflict and they worked with me really nicely. I appreciate their assistance.
Our vehicle was not serviced by Hatch
I will not be trusting hatch Toyota with doing maintenance on my vehicle any longer. It went from being an hour service to 3-5 hour wait for the service to be completed. They miss things, they don’t tighten things correctly, they are messy and threw things into my glove box when it was set in there nicely. Resulting in important documents being crumbled up. Literally the worse service is this current one and past three. I will let all my friends know how awful of an experience I’ve been having as well.
