Went in for the screen recall. I also had a concern about a hose that is peeling. I was expecting a cost to r e place it but that wasn't opted. Ill ve having a local shop replacing it. As well as the dirty air filter and cabin filter. A lost sale

Taking 2.5 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous when we have an appointment and are not a walk in, this is the second time in a row my wife has had to wait with the last time being a 3 hour wait. Besides that coercing my wife that she signed some contract for the next two oil changes stating that the paper work was already submitted and there was no way it could be undone is absolutely ridiculous. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Hatch Toyota in the last 5 years and am disgusted at this treatment.

Ive had my new 2025 4runner in for a few minor issues and both times service manager (Robert) has accused me of damaging my own vehicle. The 1st time the front spoiler had came off do to faulty hardware and now has been fixed as toyota called a limited service campaign. Today 1/30/2026 my 4runner was in for a faulty replacement and also needing to get the heater dash screen checked as it is foggy not dirty or scratched and again I was accused of damaging my own car. Worst service I've received at any dealership Ive visited. I understand that the customer is not always right, but he shouldn’t be blamed right off the bat to not cover or get approval for Warranty issues.

I had to wait three hours for a simple service that was scheduled for 10:15. I was told that my tech had to go to lunch instead of completing my service. After leaving, I discovered that my windshield washing fluid was empty. Doesn't this service include topping off all fluids? I'm wondering if anything else was neglected or not done properly. I'm very dissatisfied with Hatch, both service and sales departments.

When I inspected my vehicle after I received it I checked my vehicle and noticed My engine coolant was low. I took a picture of the reservoir, walked inside and let them know that I needed it to be topped off. It was not just not full, it was actually registering Low.
