The worst customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve been a customer here for several years. Very disappointing.
Was mislead into an unneeded service by a Hatch generated email. Time is money…. Hatch wasted mine this morning .
My glove box was on the floor after the service, it appears that something wasn’t completed in the glove box area. Before taking my vehicle to HATCH for its very first service I did not have any issues with my glovebox functioning but now it’s off the hinges and won’t close for more than a few mins. I would like HATCH to fix the glovebox plus finish the task they left incomplete in the glovebox area.
Maybe the cabin filter was taken out and not replaced and the the glovebox wasn’t placed back properly, whatever happened I’d like it to be corrected and completed properly.
I’ve been a customer at Horne for many years and have not had a bad experience like I have today. At Horne they treated my vehicle with respect and were professional. I hope that HATCH will change my perspective of my first experience with them.
My only complaint is that it took 2 hours.
Scheduling issues make servicing vehicle painful- don’t schedule 8:30 appointment if takes two hours to get vehicle in bay-not good to wait four hours for a service that only takes 1.
For the first time with our 7th vehicle purchased from Hatch Toyota we were very unsatisfied, except for Ariana.

i thought the seat covers i got thru you for the rav 4 would be compatible but the rear seats no longer attach to the rubber cargo matts like the originals did. very disappointed because now it is a mess to drop seats easily like before
