Great service!! But they said I had a nail in a tire. Too close to the side wall to fix. Wanted to sell me a tire. I took it to someone else the next day. They pulled the staple out and fixed the tire. $20 instead of a $300 tire.
Eric and Kristin were awesome. They did what they said they would do!!!! Within the time they promised.

I have an aftermarket skid plate on my 2023 Tacom. I forgot to remove the skid plate before taking it for my oil change. I told the technician and he said don't worry. When I got home from the service department, there was oil dripping on my garage floor. Now I have to clean the undercarriage of my truck with a power washer due to the mess it made. I'm not pleased about this last oil change at Hatch Toyota.
I specifically made the appointment to have 2 things and only 2 things done. Oil change and spark plugs replaced. I was informed that my appointment was at 9:30am which I checked in at 9:10. My vehicle then sat in a stage area until 10:45 waisting the hour and 45 minutes it should have been in being worked on. The oil change was done and tires rotated which I did NOT request and was charged for. Yes they removed $20.00 from the charges but I was totally LIED TO about the spark plugs having time to complete the job. My tires were purchased through Discount tire which I get free rotations.

Every staff member that I interacted with made me feel very welcome. The mechanics/lube tech were thorough and listened intently to my concerns. I am extremely satisfied with the entire service and feel confident that I am safe while behind the wheel. They went above and beyond, true hometown hospitality. Came in for oil change. Checked in at 9:50 am, they finished at 12:45 pm. Way too long for a scheduled appointment.
Everything was done quickly. I enjoyed speaking with one of your new salespeople while I waited. I will most likely work with him when it comes time to trade in for a new car.
