Employers usually believe that no employee is inindispensable. As a long time customer of Toyota and many years experience with this Hatch dealership, when Eric is not there to make sure the service department is doing it's best for the customer, customer service does not function well. Eric does it well and does it right. He personifies CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hire more like him. Some of the new ones do not make the grade. Any service employee should be understandable and knowledgeable.
I waited 2 hours to get my oil change which I had an appointment at 11 am and oil changed was completed at by 230 pm. I wasn’t informed of timeframe.
I couldn’t believe I already went 5000 miles within a month. I was please with service Miss Ariana got me situated and I rested in the Lobby. It was backed up but, I’m grateful I received my Services taken care of. Thank you Hatch!
Matt is a great asset to your company. He is professional, and very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I’m very happy with deal that was set up for me. I’ll be returning in the future if I ever need a another vehicle in the future.

Having to return for a third time (80 mile round trip and 20 gallons of fuel) to clean the engine compartment. Being on a tight budget servicing my truck has been an extra expense was unplanned. Eric was accommodating to exchange the oil to synthetic at no charge. Robert Jones has been understanding and offered to detail the engine compartment. I appreciate the offer and will return as soon as feasible
