I appreciated the text message regarding the check-in of my vehicle. I was told to watch for the results of the multi point inspection in the event the technician had any recommendations. Instead, I didn’t receive the results, I learned my battery failed inspection and it was recommended the injectors be cleaned. These results were given after the service was complete. I might have decided to have the battery replaced if I was told in the hour and a half I waited for the oil change.

I got my Toyota Cross there so with the first service, I wanted to go back although it was 2.5 hours drive. I appreciate being seen at my scheduled appointment time. The staff were great. Thank you.

How come you guys dont serve doughnuts like Horne Auto center does, they even go out of their way to serve their customers snacks while there waiting for there vehicle. Ugggh

John was very professional and courteous. I dropped my car off early for other reasons and it was ready 1.5 hours before it's scheduled time. I recommend Hatch Toyota in Show Low, AZ. For me it has always been great service. Thank you,

I originally called to set up an appt. for an oil change but was directed to my old service advisors voice mail. In the msg I let him know I was getting close to 5000 miles and asked him to let me know if there are any deals coming up or oil change coupons… no response or call back. After a week went by I called back and didn’t ask for my old service advisor They put me through to Ariana and she was Very professional, helpful, and Knowledgeable. She told me about a 3 oil change prepay deal that I Purchased. I have a new Service advisor now. Ariana is a welcome addition to the Hatch Service dept. IMO

Erich was not at his best. I am sure he is quite competent, but he struggled with handling this basic oil change appointment. After hearing that my vehicle may not have been safety inspected before it was sold to me, I anxiously awaited the multi-inspection report. It was less than informative, stating only that there were no pending issues. The printed reports that have been provided by Hatch in the past told about fluid levels, tire wear, and other information that helped me maintain my vehicle properly. To that I am underwhelmed would be an understatement. The only reason this service is worth the expense was that is was my first free oil change after purchasing the vehicle. I will look elsewhere for further maintenance issues.

John was amazing and I appreciated his help so much. I got halfway home and the dash lights went out and then the console lights went out before I got home the dash lights came back on, but not the console lights and then when I was almost home, they both came back on again. If I have a text to send John, the pictures like he wanted, I will take pictures of what it does when it happens again, because it will? I think you get the idea of what happened.
