I was completely satisfied because of Erik Mata. He fallowed up on progress for me, and assisted me with everything I needed. Otherwise I wouldn’t have got any updates at all. I think he’s a man who knows customer service is Big for a Dealership. My opinion on the scenario. He made my whole experience at Hatch pretty painless.
Raj the service advisor was overwhelmed since my trusted advisor Eric was out with an injury. I was not given the complete health of our 2025 RAV Hybrid nor our warranty book back I had to return to the dealer after driving all the way to Pinetop and realized I did not have those items. We live in Alpine so I'm glad I caught this before getting all the way home. Greg Thompson

I had taken off work for my longer recall fix appointment and then they were out of the recall part so they didn't do it. I'm now going to need to take off work another time for the fix. Very frustrating. But service was great other than that. Eric was excellent in explaining everything and answering my questions too. Thanks!

The service department was short staffed and therefore it was a bit disarrayed checking in and out. My paperwork is a bit confusing they sent me. They were very quick in the actual service department.
Rajeev is an excellent ambassador for Hatch. From the time I pulled into the service line, I was taken care of in less than 15 minutes and this was without three other employees in the service department, who were not available to assist. Rajeev Call my professional and gave me a quick rundown of what to expect for the service on my truck that day. He also was thorough with the inspection explanation at the end of my service. Gets a A plus from me!
I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Showed up 30 mins early. And still had to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change. Also I notice my car was parked but the guy that helped me wasn’t near his desk. On top of that he called me over, when we got to his desk he asked if I see my keys. I replied with no I don’t. My keys wasn’t on his desk.
It was fine, they were pretty busy. I didn’t receive the paper that showed me what they did. I usually get one but like I said they were very busy.
Service was super fast and the process is simple!
