Marcelina was great. I had no issue with her or the service tech. The customer portal on the otherhand is a bit glitchy and it really is not user friendly.
Was told all I need is new tires and a front end alignment. Got a second opinion and now now my rear axel is falty and must be replaced

She was very friendly, helpful, and informative. We can in with a DEF filter full check engine light and we are traveling back to Oregon. She got us right in a service within an hour. We have never had better treatment at a dealership.
Anna was very good at explaining what needed to be done and apologized that one of the recalls could not be done because the parts needed to be ordered.

I was so pleased with the service I bought the entire service staff pizza. They went above and beyond, it was truly a job well done.

So now I have to drivek another 120miles to hopefully get my truck
And that will cost me another 75 to a 100 dollars

I was told part was on order and she would get back in a couple weeks, it's now been over 3 weeks weeks, I even have called but could only leave a message, haven't herd back yet.
