It's great to see the effects of restructuring in bothered service and parts dept. I have purchased 6 vehicles over the years from that dealership, and the service has historically been abysmal. Nice to see improvements in time management, customer communication and attitude of employees.

A simple 4.5 hour job has taken 15+ days to do now I understand there’s delays in parts but when I call and they tell me the mechanic gets off early on Fridays and doesn’t show up Mondays and when I called to check the following week he’s called out sick It just leads me to believe he does not have a good work ethic so do I trust him working on my vehicle no.! these kind of delays make me lose faith in Toyota. I’m not sure how this is acceptable.
No tire rotation was done.
