Wife was charged 65 dollars for a cabin air filter I could have gotten at auto zone for 12 bucks. Dog food was in the cabin air filter, understandable. “Tech” let dog food drop into fan below filter. Did not remove. Pulled car out and MOST DEFINITELY heard it GRIND in the fan. “Tech” did not rotate tires properly. As most techs are taught tire rotation is done a certain way. All tires were pre marked and when checked. It wasn’t done correctly. -62/10. You guys ****.
