My jeep appointment was at 10 and I called the dealership at 4pm to check if it was done and was told they barely finished it and couldn’t fix the problem. So waste of time and shouldn’t schedule appointments if it not worked on at that time.
My mom's car still is not working good! It is still shutting in reverse and smells like fuel and check engine light came back on.the transmission was replaced there and it seems like it's something with the transmission.It should still be under warranty and a mechanic friend of mine said it could be gear positioning sensor. Bottom line I am very unsatisfied with it all! Please call me ASAP ****-****-xxxx. Thanks
