I am 75 years old. In those years I’ve had many cars and I’ve had the opportunity to work with many service advisors. Over the years, service advisers have been much more involved with the customer and much more attentive to the customers needs. I know the expectations for a service adviser have grown. With that having been said, Anna is a step above even today’s expectations. As busy as I knew she was, she still made me feel like I was her most important job of the day. Thank you Anna and thank you Hatch for having such an amazing staff.
