Took my Dodge ram 1500 to the dealership due to the the PCM having to be reset, so far so good, Service manager Gabe was very thorough with my questions and I was very satisfied with 2 techs driving and testing my truck to make sure my truck was running without any issues thx again Fred b

Anna was the only service advisor on duty since Marcie is out ill. How you expect one person to handle that volume of work, and take care of the customers I don’t know. With your volume you need 3 service advisors. When customers stand around waiting, and Anna is trying to answer the phone, talk to customers, and complete paperwork something has to give. That is the front door to your business, and today not the least bit inviting!

Eddie Martínez is professional and listened to what I needed serviced on my vehicle. I have a disability and he helped me out of my vehicle and sat me in parts area, which is disability friendly for walking. My first visit and it was enjoyable. I will refer Toyota owners to service department and to Eddie Martínez.
