Marcelina (Marcy) noticed as soon as I walked in and asked how she could help me. She listened carefully to what I said and made sure she relayed everything correctly to the mechanic. She let me know where I could wait and find restrooms and water. She kept me updated and was personable and professional throughout my time there. She took the care to seek correct answers to my questions from the mechanic and/or service department supervisor, which I really appreciated. She answered phone calls, attended to other customers, and was very much on the ball with everything going on. She offered to schedule my next appointment, and when I chose to wait she gave me her business card to call when I was ready. As good a customer service rep as any I’ve had. I’ll be happy to work with her again next time.
Not Ana’s fault, but when I got 15 miles out of town, the TPMS light came
on again with 1 minute of blinking and then a steady light.

Ana did all she could and was very helpful. She is the only service advisor on duty which is ridiculous. How you expect her to manage everything alone I cannot fathom. I had to return twice for the same repair, since all the parts were not ordered the first time. That was not Ana’s fault , but the service technician who evaluated what was wrong with the car initially. Traveling from my house to your dealership back and forth is a 50 mile round trip, and I do not appreciate unnecessary trips.
Your entire team is friendly, kind and courteous, from the sales floor to parts desk to service desk. Things were explained in depth in the service department. I'm very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend.

I took my 2023 jeep gladiator to service my DEF system. Anna was able to get me in and that day. Then she contacted to inform me that my vehicle was ready. I feel that she went out of her way to help me. I will be back for my next service.
I will be back in for the tire light that is still on...and when I got home...the trunk will not open...at all...won't respond to the key...won't respond to the button in the car...nothing. There was a person waiting for me at home to work on my hot water heater...what he needed for that was in the trunk that I had just picked up from the PO right before I came to you. He had to leave because he could not do anything...not good.
2 hour wait for oil change. Asked for engine air filter to be changed. It wasn't so had to wait for that
Very satisfied with overall process from check-in to delivery.
