Kaylee was very helpful and answered all my questions politely. My only problem was trying to reach the service Dept. I am old school and not good with all the computer way of interacting with people. I am a face - to - face person or actually speaking to a person. I do not carry my phone around and look at it constantly, so it is frustrating for me at times. This is not a reflection on the service to my car. This is a reflection of the difficulty reaching you on your phone system. Also you should update the phone number on your Map listing on the GPS app. It says the phone is not valid.

Service department did a great job determining what was causing the error codes on my ioniq 5. Hopefully the sales department remembers to remove the GPS tracking devices prior to selling future ioniq vehicles.

The deceptive pricing needs to stop if they see an oil change is $79. It needs to be $79 and that’s it. Nothing on top of that no shop fee fees that should be included in the price told otherwise that’s not the price of an oil change. I don’t like that but I can go up the street to Valvoline and they do the exact same service you guys do and I can get it for 2/3 of the cost.

I didn’t come for a run down on repairs I should get. Just recalls which weren’t even that important to me. In addition, the service man I n spoke with on the phone should have changed my appointment to waiting for the work instead of dropping the car off which from the argument I had with Kayley clearly wasn’t done. Otherwise I didn’t mind waiting 3 hours but it was beginning to feel like it might be longer. When I asked how much longer I was told she didn’t know. I said to stop the recalls wherever they were at and Kayley told me it didn’t work that way. I signed papers for all the recalls. It appears to me that service personnel are told to get as much work/sales as possible. While sitting in the waiting area I overheard work being agreed to that I personally wouldn’t have accepted but of course I live in a different world.
