Austin went above and beyond to make sure my car was done by 2:00pm, he even had it done way before 2:00. He was professional and kind and answered any questions I had. He was honest and upfront about cost, time and future services I might need. I really appreciate everything he did!!!

Everything was great. The service rep was very kind. The waiting area was fine. My vehicle received the routine services and was washed for me. The only reason I am not completely satisfied is because I have a recall on the vehicle for seatbelts and I was given no additional information except that the parts are not available right now and I wouldn’t be provided a rental car. I have two children that ride in those seats everyday. I feel very uncomfortable with this situation and wasn’t given any additional information when I asked questions or showed my concern.

Acacia is absolutely wonderful to work with. However, I am not satisfied with the service this time. We had the car in for a check engine light. Repairs were made, but when we got the car home, the check engine light came on again. Now, we have to spend more time getting the car back over to you, and we have to have only one vehicle until it’s fixed again.

Unfortunately the issue I brought my car in for remains. I appreciate the shocks being fixed but the issue when make slow turns remains.

I dropped off my vehicle to have the oil change, tire rotation and address a recall that entailed fixing seatbelts. Unfortunately, the seatbelts were not fixed. I am unaware as to why they were not done as told. This was especially frustrating as I had dropped off my vehicle the night before as I was told they needed it for at least a day toto have the repair done. My oil change, tire rotation and an update to the vehicle computer was done in about an hour. It wasted my time to make the trip to drop it off and get someone to take me to pick it up. I could have waited at the dealership. The whole experience seemed unorganized.

Great customer service, as usual! Alex is excellent - knowledgeable, professional and personable. He always goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible.
