Alex did a great job, just as he had my last appt. He quickly came and told me he’d have the car a whole and got me in a loaner for the day. Excellent customer service. Will ask for him again next time.

Alex was outstanding. From the time I dropped off my car for service, Alex kept me apprised of its status and answered all of my questions throughout. Alex worked with my insurance adjusters, and turned everything around in no time. I am thoroughly happy with the results! Thank you and Alex for getting me and my car back on the road!!!

I appreciate Alex’s commitment to getting our car taken care of and staying in touch throughout the process. You could make his job easier by engaging more body shops to work through back long of paint necessities. He did the best with his options for sure. Thanks for your help, Alex!

Purchased a new car with a paint issue took 5 weeks to get my car back in to get the paint fixed at which time I was told that they had an appointment with the body shop I took it in on a Wednesday on Monday had been done yet finally on Tuesday they did the work and I got it back on Wednesday meanwhile I had an economy card to drive which my handicapped brother could not use I was not happy that my car sat there for 4 days while they did nothing and I could have been driving it. Overall the car came out nice the paint problem is fixed and the problem was resolved but with but not without issues. I also called and left messages numerous times never got called back had to go to the dealership twice to see the status of my car in my opinion that's not customer service
