The service on my vehicle was good and I do like my Palisade but I was disappointed that I wasn’t reminded until I came to pick my car up that you charge a service fee when a credit card is used to pay the bill. I did not have a check with me and I don’t have a debit card. I will keep this in mind for future maintenance needed on my car and possibly look elsewhere to have the work done on my car.

This was my first time coming for service with a new car. Getting it scheduled was a bit of a trick between the car wanting to schedule and then calling in … the Hyundai car online deal didn’t work. Next time I’ll just call y’all directly and get it scheduled. The service was great.

Alex does his job very well...he explained everything to me an got me a shuttle to go homeland picked up to come back an get my car. Very courteous and nice!

No complaints with Tim - he's always very helpful and accommodating. Usually I drop my car off and pick it up later that day - this time I chose to wait since it was just an oil change & tire rotation - 1 to 1-1/2 hours. It was 3 hours before I was able to get my car and leave. I understand there were a couple of recalls - had I known that ahead of time I would have dropped it off.

My app is still showing where my vehicle is in need of service, which is not accurate. I mentioned this to the service rep who indicated the info had been submitted and it may take some time for your system to sync up. As I’m responding to this message almost 8 hours have passed and the app still indicates I have not had the required service done. This is a poor representation of Hyundais’ data system.

Austin was great but i got my car back with all four of my tires saying a different reading 35 33 25 and 30 my car got washed but not vaccum out but austin

Acacia, is why I keep coming back. Very professional right from greeting me by name and taking care of my service by going over the work order. She is a plus to the organization. I've taught customer service for a well known brand and she exemplifies the way it should be. Ill be back.

I sat near the window. It took around an hour for my car to even be pulled into a bay to be worked on. I had an appointment, so this should not have happened. You’re over scheduling. I was prepared for an hour and a half but this was a two hour appointment. Then you wanted $150 to change both air filters when the combined price on Amazon is $25. Ridiculous.

Service work was fine! My car as far as there was grease on the seat and my white on my steering wheel had black marks all over it! I do keep a clean car and my car went in cleaner and came out with water spots all over it from the car wash. I am sure the work itself was done well! When I got home I cleaned it all up immediately! Just a little disappointed!
