You knowingly sold me a bad engine. And had to put a P1326 code on it so it wouldn't blow up. I felt like I was forced to take the offer you proposed. I was hoping to drive the car for another 5 years at least. I will not buy another Hyundai that's for sure. The representatives I spoke to were nice, but that's beside the point. "Bad service from Hyundai". Happy 4th of July

The body shop did not wash and vacuum my car like they said the would! It appeared they washed everyone elses but mine which was around closing time for the dealership.

Austin was amazing, offered a free rental while my vehicle was being serviced, learned my driver's license had expired,got me a shuttle to the DMV then shuttle back to Hyundai for a rental so I could continue my day!!!! Unbelievable totally unexpected superb customer service! Tristin my shuttle driver is the most courteous polite young man, pleasure to be driven by him. When I tell my friends and family the extra effort your two employees made to simplify my day, they are astounded, thank you so very much for the fantastic staff you employ. I honestly and sincerely an a customer for life!!!

Angela was very helpful and my service moved very quickly. I appreciate her extra support with me getting my oil changed and helping me schedule my recall appointment next week. She stated since it will take a few days she would arrange an vehicle when I do drop. She was very personable and extremely helpful I will be happy to work with her in the future
