Waiting too long after I was told it was ready. Found out after after 20 minutes of waiting that they were cleaning my car. I was pressed for time so i would have liked to have been given the choice of waiting to have it cleaned or receiving it as is. I missed my next appt because of this unexpected delay

I’ve worked with Tim recently on some unfortunate situations, but he has been very professional and accommodating. He does a great job and goes above and beyond. It’s amazing with how busy he is, but he always maintains a great attitude and polite demeanor.

Problem is still not fixed after almost a year. The parking brake is too tight and still does not stop car from rolling back. Also the day I picked up my car there was a break burnt smell. I spent a lot of money for new rear brakes, calipers, rotors and parking brake assembly at Suntrup.This is the 4th time at Suntrup for this recurring problem. Each time I am told it is fixed.I have not received satisfaction and the car is unsafe parked on a slight incline. I want to elevate this to the service manager for a formal complaint. I will be contacting Suntrup to schedule a meeting. Mike Z

Despite bringing it in and nothing done I found out that if I raise the seat to a comfortable level it no longer sees me so I experimented and now sit much further back and much lower than desired but I fit and it sees me. That said if I can see the camera why cannot it see me?
