Options are given to me eventhough car door can not be fixed, Austin detailed everything out so I know what to do next, price is reasonable, the shuttle is a plus, a trustworthy dealership!

They lost my car and I had it there for a 11am appointment. At 4 pm they could not find my car and then when they found out it was there they had to hurry and do my oil change. Very unorganized.

Service was great from Alex. He kept me in the loop and helped me from the time of signing in to when I can come back to pick up my car after the recall items were completed. He's a good man!!! Great service!!!

I was told car would take about 3 hours. They didn't even work on it the day I took it in. Had to leave car overnight and come back and pick up. When picking up car we noticed that the grill was not completely replaced. The bottom area was not replaced. Austin took a picture and said he would be in touch with me in 1 or 2 days. After three weeks of not hearing anything I called Austin. He said he thought Kayla was taking care of it. It's now been another day, with no contact from Austin.

Alex Rogol is a super Service Advisor. I kept hearing a clicking noise when applying the brakes. He took a test drive with me. As you would guess; the noise didn't act up. Therefore, He pulled my car into the shop, and personally, checked the brakes pads, rotors, and calipers for looseness, or debre. Everything looked ok. If I have any further problems. He'd get me a rental for day to to work on the problem. I admire a person that goes beyond the call of duty. Thank you Alex
