Ok, my car was spotless, when i dropped it off for service, when I finally picked it up, there was what I believe to be salt all over my console, in the cup holders around the shifter boot and option buttons. Completely unacceptable

Tim always goes above and beyond. He checks for recalls and remembers if it's time for certain maintenance if you forget. He's never pushy or tries to sell you anything. Very easy to talk to and is always honest. He is the reason I keep coming back.

Kayley Dixson was FANTASTIC and very helpful i came in for an emission test only, but she checked to see if I also needed to get an inspection too, and I needed both which saved me from having any problems when I go to get my license tags!!!

Got me scheduled for an appointment right away and completed the repair promptly, would bring my vehicle back for service anytime time it's needed. I am disappointed in Hyundai for not recalling my problem when they knew it was defective from manufacturing to begin with

Service Dept always helpful. Alex Rogol goes the extra mile for me as customer. Explains the service that will done on my vehicle. If does no the answer will find the answer. All issues I have had with my 2017 Tuscon Alex made sure they were resolved to my satisfaction
