Tim is a fantastic employee. While my latest visits haven’t been gentle on the pocket book, which leads to my own frustration, Tim is fantastic at explaining what’s going on, what has been found, what my options are, and he does it in such a warm, but professional manner. You kept my vehicle for 5 hours and refused to do any work on it due to “illegal tinted windows”. You did no return my vehicle in the same condition that I dropped it off it. Immediately experienced electrical issues right after the vehicle was returned to me.
