Chris was extraordinarily helpful. He helped me in the waiting room to get fresh coffee and he received my concerns like a gentleman and hehurried things along because of my deadline. I was absolutely satisfied with his service and would recommend him to any level you could find for him even bigger than what he’s doing now. Congratulations for a great hire.

Very good service with my new 2025 Tucson car for a multi point check, rotation and oil change. My wait time was two hours and 15 minutes. Actually thought I was only in need of an oil change so communication that this new car needed more care and time would have been helpful. However I value the upkeep and detailed care.

Why make an appointment if you are even going to start the oil change for almost 7 hours after the appointment, pretty much just rushing through when we show up to 1. Figure out what is going on because we’ve gotten no text or call back and 2. pick up the car. Not only did I make an appointment but I dropped it off the night before before. So you had the car before it he appointment time. Then to say “well if you drop it off we just fit it in whenever” excuse me? So I can just drop off when it’s convenient for me and nevermind the whole appointment system them? Is the logic even in the room with us? Then when we show back up 7 hours after the appointment time it suddenly gets started and essentially rushed through and we still sit waiting for 40 mins. And no one needs the attitude when questioned about the hold up. If you waited 8 hours for an oil change would you be a little frustrated? Would you find that to be acceptable for you? I bet not. Not to mention, I get an oil change every 6 months and the price has increased… but not the price online, just what was charged to me. The online price was the same as every other oil change. Needless to say, we won’t be back. I thought it was just the VW service side that ran terribly. I guess it’s the Hyundai side too.

Tim was fantastic and we were very happy with our service. We were in town to drive my daughter’s car back to Colorado from her summer job in Branson where her brake light died and her check engine light went on. As you can imagine, she was worried and I booked a service date with you. We had a very short window to get her car assessed/fixed before we needed to drive to Colorado. Tim was professional and kind and honest throughout the entire process, which is great for a 21 year old young lady to be educated regarding her car care. So thank you!! Suzanne V

Tim is the best. Been using him as an advisor since our first Hyundai in 2014. He always works hard to take care of us and makes sure we know all the options. A big reason we are on our 4th straight car bought and fully serviced there.

Alex was great to work with. He is the first person that’s been helpful in regards to the paint warranty issue. We really appreciate his attention to this and his overall advisory throughout the process.
