Very helpful and kept me updated on the progress of my service. I've been having problems with my drivers side, front tire, and Alex had it checked for me while I was there, and it finally got fixed. That was truly appreciated, since I have chronic pain in my back and knees, so filling that tire every 3-4 weeks was very hard for me. I was very satisfied with my visit. But, I usually am.

It took 2 hours for an oil change that should have taken an hour and $100 is crazy for an oil change. I can go somewhere else that’s far quicker and cheaper and will be doing so in the future
