Tim McCarthy is a very good service writer. He is what customer service is. Suntrup should make sure that service department stays intact. Anyone can sell a car. It takes people like Tim to make sure those customers keep coming back

When we purchased the car, it only had one key, and there were numerous things such as the roadside assistance kit, first aid kit, and license plate bracket. These were things listed on the sticker as additional items and promised to us by our salesman, Andy. Kaylee was aware of the missing items, but put it off on our salesperson. While the car was being serviced, we walked over to Bartolini‘s and had lunch. When the car was finished, Kaylee assured us that all the missing items were in the vehicle. We checked, and there were none of the missing items in the vehicle. Kaylee was adamant that this vehicle did not have those other items, until we showed her the sticker.At this point, Andy became involved and asked the parts department. They said that they did not have the roadside assistance kit and would have to order it. Tim, service advisor, seemed to be more willing to work with us. My husband suggested getting a kit from another vehicle and his response was that makes sense. Several times I reminded the staff that we drive 2.5 hours to get items which should have been given to us on the purchase date. However, neither Andy nor Kaylee were willing to do that. We left the dealership with just our second key. The plan was to mail us the items. The demeanor of the staff was make excuses and pass the blame. My husband was furious we drove all this way and were treated this way. Five minutes after leaving the dealership, he thought it would be important management were aware of this situation to prevent it happening again in the future. This individual was able to locate the items in another vehicle and was shipping them. Case in point it would have saved everyone a lot of stress if someone would have taken initiative to make customers service a priority.

Everyone was very helpful! Kayley went above and beyond to coordinate warranty work with us living 2 hours away. We love our Genesis even more with the warranty repairs. We will be buying a new Genesis at some point and will use your dealership.
