Tim was very professional, informative, and respectful of my lack of knowledge in servicing my Tuscon. I am recently having to handle car issues on my own due to my husband's illness. Tim took the extra time explaining my concerns and gave me correct and honest direction to my questions. He was amazingly helpful, and has won me over as a long term customer to your service department! Thank you sincerely for the excellent care.

Tim was really a stand up guy! He went above and beyond to communicate throughout the process and get my issue resolved and a timely matter.
My car is still there. I’ve never been notified what the issue is or an ETA of when would be actually done. I’m confused why a text from Tim 20 minutes before closing time on Friday said it was done. Yet I had received another text from someone else saying it wouldn’t even be looked until Monday. I’m not sure why it took multiple attempts after 3 days for me to get anyone in your organization to tell me anything about my car. Now you’ve held my car hostage over a week. No one would return our calls. Who runs a business like this? How do I even know my car is still there?

She was instrumental in setting up an appointment that worked perfectly with my schedule, pre-ordered a touch up paint pen I needed, and warmly greeted me upon arrival. Service was fine for the oil change. Got a text that said my battery was bad, but no one told me what was bad. However, probably not buying one right then anyway.
Then when I got home and looked at the bill - problem. Detailed work order said $81.47. But the cashier charged $92.08 plus credit card charge. ???? I called the cashier at 2:30 - left detailed message - but what do you know - no call back. Guess see what happens Monday. Not a lot of money but like to get it right.
We had our vehicle towed to Suntrup Hyundai, since it was having engine trouble. The service advisor assigned to our case, Austin Perrone, was very kind and patient, taking time to answer all of our questions about the work they planned to do, warranties, loan cars, etc. We ended up not needing the loan car, since the service tech, Tyler Hawkins, quickly got on the project; he also put very thorough details in the report about the work he did. An added bonus, which we hadn't even discussed with Austin was that we were given a discount because we had to get a tow! We have been more than satisfied with the Hyundai service team.
I received the “premium/high touch” service from Kayley that I would have expected as a GV 80 owner. Ron Barnes.
