I could get an oil change & tire rotation anywhere, and much cheaper than Suntrup. But I could never get such a detailed inspection from an expert trained to maintain my Sonata than Suntrup or any other Hyundai dealer when we are traveling down the road.

With a 9:15 appointment to get new tires and alignment I was there for 3.5 hours. I am not sure why you appointments. With our Lexus and face muganast doing the service, they are never longer than 1.5 hours. If they know it will be longer they give you a loaner. I realize that we have paid or are paying for this service. I think you could do something similar. I just bought a new car and it was not a Hyundai.

From the time I arrived and until I left the parking lot, I felt that my vehicle and I were in good hands. Everything was explained clearly and updates were provided efficiently. Alex met with me afterwards and reviewed the bill and what items may need repairs in the future. He was not an alarmist but simply wanted me to be aware. After I paid the invoice, he walked me to where my car was parked. I was impressed again with the service. Keep up the good work!

Acacia was the best rep ever, she heard everything I said and addressed my issues. My windows I asked if they could clean front n back possibly for me. They were smeared but that was not in my 36,000 mile maintenance check up. Great perdon
